Fresh harvested from our own herb farm, 100 %organic. Chives are  a herb which resembles hollow blades of grass. Chives are the smallest member of the onion family, have a nice mild onion flavor. Their distinctive smell and taste is derived from an oil rich in sulfur, and is  common to the onion family, but milder and more subtle in chives.
